Return Policy

Due to the time sensitive nature of newborn baby timing needs, you will have 30 days from date of purchase to return the Benbini for a full refund.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return and refund. We require the packaging slip/receipt with all returns. We will credit the total value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged. Credits will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles. You will receive an email notification when we have completed process for your return.

NOTE: We are sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.

Please note: www.benbini.com is not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.benbini.com To return products purchased at another store, please return the products to the retail location where they were purchased.
